It is made of 100% viscose, the fabric is slightly transparent, very thin and therefore perfect for hot days. The dress has a collar and short flounce sleeves. It has a long button placket in the front, a ribbon at the waist and patch pockets. The knee-hugging skirt is also adorned with flounces.
