If for any reason you are unhappy with the item(s) you have ordered; if the size is incorrect; or if the item(s) is/are not how you imagined it/they would be, you can return the goods within 14 days in line with your statutory rights. To help us improve our customer service, please always fill in the enclosed returns form and be sure to include it in the parcel.

We do not recommend sending your international return parcel with FEDEX. Please use an alternative shipping service if possible.

Wherever possible, please return goods in the original packaging, to ensure the items are delivered safely and without damage

Should you exercise your right of withdrawal and return items to LENA HOSCHEK, we shall cover the costs of the return within Austria and Germany. You can request your return label with the following link: You can also find the link to request a return label for the free return of your order from Germany and Austria in the bottom section of your original shipping confirmation. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before you receive your return label by email.

Please print out the label and affix it clearly visible on the outside of the package. All returns from Austria are now handed over to Austrian Post. You can find post offices in your area HERE. All returns from Germany are now handed over to UPS. You can find UPS Access Points in your area HERE.

Return packages from Austria and Germany are first delivered to our logistics partner (Suxess Logistic) and from there transported to our central warehouse (Vienna, Austria) for final processing. There are time differences of approx. 4 - 7 working days between the delivery according to the shipment tracking and the actual receipt and final processing of return shipments.

We process returns as soon as we receive them. You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as your return has been processed (at the latest 14 days after successful delivery according to the shipment tracking).


All costs for returning are paid by yourself. We recommend to return your order insured with tracking option.

We do not recommend sending your international return parcel with FEDEX. Please use an alternative shipping service if possible.


All costs for returning from Non-EU countries are paid by yourself. Sometimes customs or import duties may be charged. Lena Hoschek is not reliable for these charges and cannot provide an estimate of what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

If you want to return any item of your order please follow below instructions:

  1. Fill out the return slip.
  2. Pack the items and the return slip into the package and make sure that it is safely closed.
  3. Bring the package to your local post office.
  4. You will need to fill out a customs form. Please state AUSTRIA or AT  as country of origin. Please also mark your package as a return shipment.
Any customs charges for delivery and return from non-EU countries shall not be borne by LENA HOSCHEK. In this case, we need to deduct customs charges for return shipments from the refund total. Please note that shipping costs are non refundable if you return your order from outside of the EU.


We do not offer an exchange of your ordered goods. In this case you have to place a new order.

To prevent parcels from going missing, we expressly ask that you always send returns by registered mail with insurance and tracking number

Each item is carefully checked upon packing to ensure it is sent in pristine order. We guarantee that you will never receive goods that are damaged, soiled or similar. Consequently, careful handling of the goods is a prerequisite for their return.

Please understand that we are unable to accept returns of items of clothing that are soiled, have been worn (more than simply trying on), washed or dry-cleaned.

You are liable for any damage to items of clothing caused by incorrect handling or fitting.
